Hale O Maluhia (translation “Tranquil and Peaceful Home”) is the Hawaiian name we have chosen for our home at Kihei Akahi DG13. It is an oasis to come home to for quiet relaxation after a day out exploring the island. Kihei Akahi is perfectly located directly across from the ocean and miles of gorgeous beaches, there are 6.5 acres with lush and well maintained gardens. Two pools each with BBQ area, picnic tables, tennis court and free parking. The upper pool is within just a few steps of our lanai.
Our gourmet kitchen features a suite of brand new Samsung stainless appliances, gas stove and cookware – everything for outfitting a chef’s kitchen. We’re foodies and know that when on vacation a well-stocked kitchen is a blessing. Our condo is also located just steps from the clean resort BBQs.
You’ll find our condo updated with all new zero VOC paint, Pergo floors, furniture and linens. Our home is tastefully decorated in soothing island decor and colors to ensure you relax and enjoy your vacation. The new pull out deluxe, queen sofa-bed boasts a comfy 8.5 inch pillow-top mattress and no annoying bar. Ocean breezes and island trade winds cool the condo but if you need, we’ve installed a brand new air conditioner and have ample floor fans as well as ceiling fans. You’re provided with a full size, en-suite washer and dryer for added convenience. Flat screen TV with available Roku and HD Cable and the fastest available WIFI to keep you connected.
Kihei Akahi DG13 is one of only a handful of highly desirable and sought-after walk-out lanai units! Our coveted ground floor home features a generous walk-out garden lanai with dining table and seating for 4. There’s no railing to restrict you to a tiny lanai space. Our unit is located in preferred building ‘D’, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and road noise yet close to the beach and steps to the pool. We’re situated near the end of the building, away from the elevators and foot traffic.
We’re pleased to offer our guests our fully stocked supply of beach gear. You’ll have Tommy Bahama chairs, Tommy Bahama beach umbrella, sand-free beach mat, beach towels, sand-free beach bag, boogie boards, various snorkel gear, coolers with ice packs and a beach wagon to easily carry all your gear across the street to the beach!
