There are three options at Kihei Banyan Condos to fit your budget and family – a studio, one-bedroom, or two-bedroom.
The one-bedroom unit has a primary bedroom overlooking lush greenery and a glimpse of the ocean in the distance. It has a comfortable king bed and en-suite full bathroom. The living room has a comfortable queen-size sofa bed. The unit has a full kitchen with oven range, microwave, full refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen has an island with two chairs and ample storage space containing a full set of kitchen appliances, cookware and utensils, including BBQ tools.
The condo is situated in a prime location in Maui Banyan Resort, steps from a beautiful pool with BBQ and outdoor dining area. It is on the second floor, providing excellent views, while being super convenient for popping down the stairs to a very short walk (2 minutes) to the beach. Beach equipment is provided, including towels, beach chairs, ice chest, umbrella, boogie boards, and beach wagon.
The studio unit is located next door to the one-bedroom, with the same views and convenient location. It also has a comfortable king bed and Smart TV. The unit has a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, sink, small appliances and mini-fridge. It does not have a stove but is great for preparing light meals and snacks. There are also BBQ tools so you can enjoy using the BBQ and dining area down by the pool. The unit is completed with a full bathroom with comfortable walk-in shower, beach equipment and a strong air conditioner.
Two-bedroom set up: The studio has its own entrance and balcony, but there is a lockout door between the studio and one-bedroom that can be unlocked to allow larger families to book the combined condos as a two-bedroom.
